Neville's Haze
Neville's Haze is an almost 75% sativa with pure Haze genetics that won first place at the 1998 Cannabis Cup.
Haze genetics produce a high characteristic of sativa strains that fills the mind with euphoria and pleasure. Users of Neville's Haze experience an increase in creativity and a need for productivity when the dry is taken in small doses. Despite being a great strain, it still has negative effects on dry eyes and mouth, and some users experience dizziness, headaches and paranoia.
The strain is known for its THC content of up to 21 percent and is most often recommended for patients suffering from chronic depression, stress and anxiety. Others use it for chronic pain. Many users also claim that Neville's Haze is very effective for insomnia. The strain is also chosen to relieve nausea and glaucoma symptoms.
Neville's Haze is a strain created by the Spice Brothers. They crossed several Haze (Sativa) strains with Northern Lights (Indica), and the end result is only 25% Indica and 75% sativa.
True Neville's Haze can be difficult to grow. It is very sensitive to the right pH, and flowering can take as long as 14 weeks. Yields are not stunning either, usually around 250 grams per square meter, but experienced growers can reach as much as 500 grams per square meter. This variety is not recommended for the average or novice grower. Neville grows best when grown hydroponically, indoors.
